TCEL – the Texas Council of Engineering Laboratories – is comprised entirely of firms that provide construction materials testing, inspection and engineering services and/or geotechnical engineering services in the State of Texas.  Their joint goal, as is that of TCEL, is to ensure the highest possible professionalism in these crucial areas of facilities development and construction.
