Grover Williams Receives
TCEL's Award of Excellence

Grover Williams received the Award of Excellence at TCEL's Annual Meeting in January, 2007.  The following letter, written on his company letterhead, was sent by Grover to TCEL's Joe Cibor, P.E., shortly after the Meeting.

I was overwhelmed by the contents of your letter of December 4, 2006 and extremely flattered and pleased by the news. I will of course be more than happy to accept the award and to attend the AnnualMeeting conference for the two scheduled days of January 19 and 20. 1 will look forward to the events with great anticipation and interest.

Thank you for the kind words and the invitation. It will be an opportunity to recall very fond memories of the early history and founding of TCEL and to learn of the progress and triumphs of the organization during the intervening years since my intimate day-to-day involvement.
